We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our Data Team in Haifa. In this role, you will leverage data to drive decision-making, uncover insights into patient behavior, and enhance our product’s impact on health outcomes. Your ability to analyze complex datasets, generate actionable insights, and learn independently in a fast-paced environment will be key to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Become a subject matter expert on Medisafe data, ensuring quick and reliable access to insights that support business and product decisions.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on user engagement and patient behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
• Develop and present analytical reports to stakeholders, helping shape product strategy and drive business value.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Product Managers to improve data quality, define key metrics, and optimize data collection processes.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and proactively suggest innovative ways to leverage data for business growth.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong track record of turning data into meaningful insights.
• Advanced SQL skills – a must.
• Proficiency with Tableau – a must.
• Proficiency with other BI tools – an advantage
• Strong analytical and statistical skills, with experience handling complex data to drive decision-making.
• Ability to select the right visualization for the right analysis, ensuring data is presented in the most effective and insightful way.
• Proven ability to learn quickly and work independently in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• Excellent communication skills – the ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in problem-solving with imperfect data and ambiguous scenarios.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in healthcare startups or familiarity with health-tech analytics.
• Experience in product analytics, evaluating feature adoption, and user engagement.
• Python proficiency for advanced data manipulation and automation.
